This was our first experience with Mohawk Honda and it was a great one! We were cheerfully greeted as we walked into the building and immediately (and fortunately!) we were connected with Cody. He is an honest, personable and knowledgeable young man. He listened well, understood our circumstances and budget and we did not feel any pressure at all. When we shared we were new to the area, he offered us helpful information about Honda Mohawk that made us feel even more comfortable. Cody carefully reviewed information with us about the vehicle we came in to inquire about and answered our questions. During the test drive, he highlighted features and shared his knowledge about the vehicle. Without feeling any pressure from Cody, we made the decision to make the purchase during the test drive. We would have continued to work with Cody to find another vehicle at Mohawk Honda if needed. Kris efficiently found us the best financial package for our budget, was thorough in presenting our choice of warranty, answered all questions and was patient and respectful of our decision. Brianna is a dynamo! She knows her vehicles and their technology! She communicates well. She gave us clear confident information about the technology in our vehicle but did not overwhelm us with her expertise. At our request, she set up our phones while explaining step by step. She was encouraging of our ability but invited us back at any time for further instruction. Cody also encouraged us to call or stop in any time with questions or concerns or to say Hi! If you are anything like me, car buying is a part of life that I’ve never enjoyed- much like going to the dentist. I’ve unfortunately had to do it multiple times, and my prior experiences always left a lot o that I’ve never enjoyed- much like going to the dentist. However, even though I wish they could have given me the car for free, Mohawk Honda really exceeded my expectations. Great people to work with, which made the experience feel all around better. They are genuinely excited for you. I worked with Joshua Cornwell and Kris Bain. Both were personable, listened to my needs/wants, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need/want. Josh Pullar was able to show me all the features of the car, and answered any questions before I pulled off the lot. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for as comfortable a car buying experience as possible! More
