After showing many options (Soul and Sorento) I choose to test drive the 2020 Soul, and immediately my decision was made. Mr. Scott proceeded with paperwork and had the vehicle I was trading in evaluated, came back in relatively great timing with trade-in value and payment options. I wasn't sure about leasing a vehicle but that is exactly what I did. Payments needed to be within my budget and again Mr.Scott came through! Being a first time buyer of a new vehicle on my own...I couldn't have asked for a more understanding salesperson. I'm sure I wasn't an easy sell and for that I apologize but I thank you Mr.Scott I LOVE MY NEW CAR! And also for my "PET" who accompanies my every ride! Mr.Scott and Halleen Kia you are the best! She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The day if my appointment I was treated by Leon who a fantastic salesman. He was willing to work with me. I had my heart set on a new Optima but we couldn't come to an agreement on the finanace aspect so we looked elsewhere which was fine. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me which was a plus. Matt was my last point of contact and he made the paperwork experience painless. We did most of the paperwork digitally which was awesome because the old school type would be that machine that just takes forever and ever and you end up with 1000 papers at the end. Not this way.
