We contacted Kris via email on a Sunday, and by Tuesday afternoon, we were driving away with our new car. We didn't even have to negotiate a lower price because Kris gave us the best price out there! I purchased a car entirely online and by phone from New Hampshire for a relative in California. Art and Kris were wonderful to work with. I walked into this place and avoided the "car salesmen" like the plague. I went straight to the internet sales because I heard they were straight up and didn't try to stick their nose up your ass salesmen" like the plague. I was introduced to Kris who was friendly and straight forward from the get go. This was my first time buying a new car and was a lot more pleasant than what I expected. this dealer was very prompt with the internet quote, set up a test drive an was very happy with Art he explained the entire Tucson to us as we drove. There was no pressure to buy that day. He treated us like "family" and not just another customer walking through his door (bought my 4.5 the extra mile in providing great customer service.
