WE DON’T BUDGE AND COULD CARE LESS Visited 11/3/19 for a prescheduled appointment to look at an advertised used vehicle. Drove two hours. Salesman ok. Test drove vehicle and was read Visited 11/3/19 for a prescheduled appointment to look at an advertised used vehicle. Drove two hours. Salesman ok. Test drove vehicle and was ready to purchase vehicle, weirdly priced at $25,106. Sold if they covered the Maine sales tax. Nothing doing. That tax was about $1,300. They came back with an offer to take off $200, but are adding $495 dealership “cost”. Whatever that entails. No budging so we left. Before heading back home, called and suggested $24,400. No deal. So we headed home. They advertised a reprice that same night at 9:30 to reflect their whopping $200 reduction. We had left at 5:30. There’s more than one way to spell idiot I think. More

Great experience with Kris Dragon at Team Nissan Kris Dragon went above and beyond my expectations. He was super easy to deal with. He did everything that was asked. I made initial contact over the Kris Dragon went above and beyond my expectations. He was super easy to deal with. He did everything that was asked. I made initial contact over the summer while my Rogue was in Service. He is the BEST SALESPERSON I've experienced in purchasing a vehicle. He worked with me over the phone because I was at work. He had 2 vehicles waiting for me to look at and test drive both if I wanted. Once I sat in the Altima and Sentra, I only wanted to test drive the Sentra. He came along for the test drive which I appreciated. I've owned both vehicles in the past being an almost 30 year Nissan vehicle driver. Kris Dragon thoroughly showed how everything worked. My husband has had an ongoing problem with his Frontier which has 175,000 miles so we decided to lease a vehicle for him almost 2 weeks after I acquired my vehicle. The Finance portion was seamless also. The person (Jacob?) was thorough explaining everything as we went through all the paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have been sales support in the electrical industry for almost 30 years and the VP I worked for 20 years of it before he retired always told me to observe our salespeople compared to others when at meetings because he was proud of our caliber of salespeople. I find Kris Dragon to be that same great kind of caliber. Someone for the dealership and Team to be proud of. More
