We had good customer service, however, the Gladiator we bought had steps on it that were spray painted. We did not know this until we took it to the car wash and the black paint started chipping showing br bought had steps on it that were spray painted. We did not know this until we took it to the car wash and the black paint started chipping showing bright green paint underneath. We were told that the original steps had been put back on it. It cost us over $400 for new steps and labor. Wasn’t real happy about that. More
