My Ed Martin Experience This was my first trip to a dealership to buy a car from the lot. I went in knowing what I wanted, I ended up walking out with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sa This was my first trip to a dealership to buy a car from the lot. I went in knowing what I wanted, I ended up walking out with a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Huge part to my salesman Kristopher. He walked me through the entire car buying process, showed me many options to choose from, and helped me get a great deal on a new car I've always wanted. AMAZING DEALER EXPERIENCE I was dreading the thought of finding a new car. I had driven my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited since they first manufactured the four door model and I LOVED I was dreading the thought of finding a new car. I had driven my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited since they first manufactured the four door model and I LOVED every minute of it. I’ve driven the Jeep brand since 1999 and have had no issues, so I knew I wanted to stay in Jeep family. I did my research online. I went to two other dealerships prior to landing at Ed Martin In Anderson Indiana. Side note: I live in Indianapolis. I called on a Wednesday morning to check availability of a vehicle on their lot. I drove there on Wednesday late afternoon and by Thursday at 7:30pm I was driving off their lot with my new baby. The sales experience was one I had NEVER experienced before. Never once did I feel pressured into anything. I was clear about my needs and they met every single one of them. It was truly a Joy to work with Kris Groninger. He is a kind kind soul. Im grateful our paths crossed. Also thank you to Dereck for making the paperwork a breeze. This is the dealership you need to give your business to. I promise you won’t be disappointed! What a great experience! Came in and spoke to Kris Groninger early 9-28-19. Was greeted and I quickly told him I’m just here to look at two separate vehicles and not buy. He Came in and spoke to Kris Groninger early 9-28-19. Was greeted and I quickly told him I’m just here to look at two separate vehicles and not buy. He understood but was happy to take the time to show me what I wanted to see. I took as little of his time as possible, didn’t want to waste it just browsing. HOWEVER. Later that day, after my initial visit and really liking the Pacifica, my wife and I returned to look at it again. She had not seen the vehicle until then. With one simple test drive we decided we loved the car. Kris was very happy to answer any and all questions, he never seemed to try to sell us anything we didn’t want which was appreciated. A true professional from start to finish. The entire dealership seemed willing to go the extra mile to earn our business. From our trade in appraisal to the financing and all of the paperwork, they would stop what they were doing to answer any questions or concerns which we may have had. It was a very pleasant experience. Probably one of the best new car buying experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you so much to Kris and the entire team. More
