Don't respect people, just sell I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I had today. I made an appointment at 9:15am today to test drive a used car at 1pm only to ar I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I had today. I made an appointment at 9:15am today to test drive a used car at 1pm only to arrive at 12:45pm for my appointment and get the runaround for 10 minutes until I'm told the car had been sold 15 minutes before I got there. Then try to up sell me on another car costing thousands more. The car I called about should have been on hold for me until 1pm if I didn't show up. I would have understood if I was a no show, but I wasn't I was 15 minutes early. I would have appreciated a phone call or something to give me the opportunity to come early or something. Very poor customer service as the car should have been put on hold until I had a chance to look at it as you know I was coming at 1pm. Since I called and set an appointment, I should have had first right of purchase. Again, I want to say how very poor this type of conduct is for customer service. More
