I did not understand my service warranty and the associates dealing with me almost had me come b Outstanding customer service by service manager Kris! I did not understand my service warranty and the associates dealing with me almost had me come back the next day to have part of the service fall under the paid agreement. I asked for a manager after clearly and politely explaining how disappointed I was and how inconvenient this would be for a mother of four to drive twenty minutes into town again, and Kris assured me that I would not in fact have to do this. They could take care of the paperwork to get it covered a different way without me returning for the next day service. Whew, what a relief! Anyway this guy went above and beyond to show his genuine care for customers! When people work in customer service they need to understand that you should always try to make the customer happy!!!! More
