Great buying experience! I emailed my initial interest and indicated I was ready to buy. Made an appt to meet with Kris and we met--I explained all my needs and the things I considered important, and things that I thought would be nice to have. We test drove the car I was initially interested in, and then Kris showed me two more with different levels of trim. He explained all the features in each model, and was very knowledgable. When I finally made my decision, I was able to get all the features I wanted most at a great price. He got the car looking perfect, went over all the features and how they worked before I left. It was clear that the employees all wanted the whole experience to be positive and for customers to leave happy and to want to come back. Very positive buying experience! I would recommend Kris highly! More
