My husband John and I have been searching for the perfect tahoe for me for a few weeks now and have seen several dealers and cars but none of them met our expectations. We were willing to pay a fair price for an excellent car and found it immediately at this place! Our salesman, Kris, was very friendly and answered any and all questions we had. He was very thurough the whole time so we both understood everything. The finance guy, AJ, was also very thurough in explaining the paperwork and options etc. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left with our new tahoe the duration was a little over an hour. I have never had an experience like that before when purchasing a car! The guys there help move you the thru the process quickly so you can get out and enjoy your vehicle but again, they are extremely thurough in walking you thru all the steps. I highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to go see Kris and AJ. You won't regret it! More

After 10 yrs, our existing car gave out on us and we needed to purchase a new vehicle. We just couldn't believe the timing of this new expense plus the idea of beginning a search for a dependable, affo needed to purchase a new vehicle. (How to make the switch from a minivan to a car???) We need to extend our gratitude to Kris Kosinski for a great car buying experience. We were stressed over the thought of buying a new car and trying to determine what would work for our family and budget, etc. Kris was able to simplify it all for us. We spent over an hour with him... looking, talking, test driving, etc. Yet never felt the high pressure (that many other car dealers use as a tactic). He was very honest and respectful with us as we tried to make our choice (again based on necessity and budget). Toyota of Naperville should take pride that they built a long lasting relationship with us as customers (many of our neighbors have made their purchases at that location and felt the same way). We really love our new Toyota Prius (even though we were originally nervous about the investment). The purchase was easy and again big kudos to Kris. He also directed us to everyone we needed to deal with to trade in our vehicle and how to upgrade our new vehicle with some interior additions and a warranty. He also followed up with us to see how we enjoyed the vehicle. Also, after the sale he still treated us with the same outstanding customer service he gave us the first minute we walked into Toyota of Naperville. Overall, the place is so clean, the entire staff smiles and greets you...whether or not you are dealing directly with them. Customer service is awesome!Thanks again! More

On Thursday October 6, 2011, I went to Toyota of Naperville to trade in my 2006 Toyota Highlander for a new 2011 Toyota 4runner (SUV). Salesperson Mr. Kris Kosinski greeted and politely asked what Naperville to trade in my 2006 Toyota Highlander for a new 2011 Toyota 4runner (SUV). Salesperson Mr. Kris Kosinski greeted and politely asked what I was interested in. I told him that I was looking for 2011 4runner. He showed me a few SUVs with different options and all what he had on the floor. But the ones he had in his inventory did not fit my requirements and was out of my budget range. Kris worked with his other Managers and informed me that they will get the SUV which I was looking for. On Monday October 10, 2011 I received a call from Mr. Kris Kosinski who informed me that the SUV is in and I can come for a test drive. I thank Mr. Kris Kosinski (Sales Rep) Mr. Omer Aslam (Business Manager) and Mr. A.J Reilly (Business Finance) who took good care of me and helped me to finalize the deal. At Toyota of Naperville, the managers, employees and service department crew are very friendly and highly professional. We got Prius, so had to wait for about 2 months to get here and the price was set, leaving no room for negotiation. From the first visit to the date we picked up our car, my sales person was friendly and here and the price was set, leaving no room for negotiation.
