Maria did a great job helping with the purchase of a new MDX. It is the 4th car I've bought from Bloomington Acura. The purchase was quick ( I knew what I wanted, another MDX) and stress free. The experience was pretty good overall. It wasn't as "personal" as the experience at BMW, and I haven't been contacted yet about receiving license plates (temporary plate is expired). I kinda hate the car buying process, and I haven’t done it in quite a few years. But I received excellent service with Maria. My car buying experience at Acura/Subaru of Bloomington went well. The sales staff were very helpful in assisting me to make the right choice, especially regarding the tech packages and safety features. I went well. The sales staff were very helpful in assisting me to make the right choice, especially regarding the tech packages and safety features. I ultimately left the dealership secure that I'd made the right choice which I owe in part to my salesperson. However, the finance guy who i signed loan papers and title over to was very cold, would not answer questions and came off rude when pressed on anything. I almost walked out because of him and that part still doesn't sit well with me. More
