Scott Nelson is so nice to work with, very patient and accommodating! We went back and forth on a couple of things and he never made us feel rushed. Our Finance person, however, was not great, dishonest accommodating! We went back and forth on a couple of things and he never made us feel rushed. Our Finance person, however, was not great, dishonest and pushy. He made us very uncomfortable. The good news is that his Manager, Kris LaMere, took great care of us! Thank you Scott and Kris!!!!!! The experience was pretty good overall. It wasn't as "personal" as the experience at BMW, and I haven't been contacted yet about receiving license plates (temporary plate is expired).
