When I walk in the door its like visiting old friends, from Rob to Umer to Jeff Davis the GM, its an enjoyable experience. The whole process is executed expeditiously, we literally drove a Maybach off the showroom floor the same day. The knowledge and respect of the sales and service department as well as Matt the new car concierge is unbelievable. More

Do not deal with Kris Ricupero Kris was rude and potentially deceiving. He said I could not get the 1.99% financing rate which I had been talking to the salesperson all along about. I said I am not going to buy a car unless it is 1.99%, he then stood up and said "well I guess you are not going to buy a car today" in a very dismissive tone. The sales person called back a half hour later and said they had looked at the DCU website and that I could get the 1.99% rate. Jasper Abreu (Sales) and Jeff Tucker (Finance) were great. More

I have always wanted to try a Mercedes and see if this was my next vehicle. I called the dealership to get the exact location as I got lost. Thanh was so helpful with direction and stayed on the phone with me until I found it. As I came in he gave me greeted me and asked me if I wanted something to drink and bought me to the ice cream box. We went outside and he walked me around the GLK350. He explained all the neat functions the vehicle could do. We went for test drive and I knew I wanted it at that point. When I came to pick up my vehicle he wrapped up my vehicle with a big bow since he knew this was my first Mercedes; he wanted to make it special. Thanh is full of knowledge and if he didn't know the answer; he was very quick and responsive on following up. He ensure my process was very smooth and gave me the best sales customer service.
