Friendly and really care about you and your needs Kris Sharma and John Ochman are fantastic. Kris is practically family to me. I have owned 7 Hyundai. Love the new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. This dealership really cares about you and they listen to you. The service department is excellent. Everyone there is one big happy family. He helped us clean out my daughter's 2009 Hyundai and help put all of her equipment in to the new car. Also I told Kris the very next day that we forgot to take out a CD out of the CD player and he took it out for us. The next day he gave it to my daughter. This is what you call going beyond his duties to make sure his customers are happy. More

Recommendations I would recommend the Dealership to someone only if the Dealership got back to me with some logical explanation as to why things played out as they di I would recommend the Dealership to someone only if the Dealership got back to me with some logical explanation as to why things played out as they did on the day I picked up the new car. I would like to know why I never had this problem with any other car I leased. I never made a complaint with any other Dealership all these years and it plays heavily on me that I have to make this complaint. Everyone at the Dealership was pleasant and this only has to do with the way I was "literally" left "holding the bag". No one recommended me to the Dealership...I just walked in. Kris was very knowledgeable of the product. More
