This was the best experience I have had with any dealership Krista did all the foot work before I got there, she was ready when I walked in, showed me what she had and did not hesitate when I made a decision, s Krista did all the foot work before I got there, she was ready when I walked in, showed me what she had and did not hesitate when I made a decision, she did not have to go back and forth with the sales person, Dennis. They worked with me and I had no pressure. I really had no intention on actually making the sale when I went over. But, they had what I wanted, gave me what I wanted for my car and made the whole process seamless. As I was getting ready to change my stuff from my old car to my new one, Dennis came to me and said they had "a problem" he had gotten a better offer from a different lender and wanted 5 minutes to run that one through. How nice for them to do the best they could for me. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a car. My daughter has a Toyota and I will tell her she must go there for her recalls and other needs. What a great place!!! I had bought my first Toyota in Kalamazoo and it was not the customer service I expect, I even told the salesman upon my first conversation with me, "you do not have to sell me, I know what I want, the only thing you have to do for me is provide great customer service" that didn't happen. I will continue to use Sunshine Toyota and Krista and Dennis when I am in the market for a car or truck!! Thank you for a great experience!!!! More

I had been searching for a couple weeks in Toledo and found nothing. Krista was very professional, looked over the car I was interesting in and sent me several additional photos. After talking with her a few times she gained my trust and I drove up and purchased the car. She knows her business and listened to our concerns. She worked hard to get us out of there because of a storm coming. The dealership was very nice, clean and treated us like we were buying a new car.
