Krista made all the difference! I purchased a 2014 Highlander last week from this dealership. I first contacted them via an online add for a different car. They were very responsiv I purchased a 2014 Highlander last week from this dealership. I first contacted them via an online add for a different car. They were very responsive and when I did visit the dealership to drive the car I ultimately purchased, the car was parked up front waiting for me and Krista was expecting me. The physical space of the dealership is very clean and customer friendly with a very nice lounge area to sit in if you have to wait. Krista was very knowledgeable, polite and professional during the process. She responded in a timely matter and was very responsive to my schedule. On delivery day Krista drove to Kalamazoo to pick me up and drive me to the dealership in Battle Creek. Because my financing was at an out of state institution their needs were different than what the financing manager is accustomed to and so it caused a delay in the process. I had to stay actively involved in the process of providing the lender the document they needed to fund the loan which should of not be needed. Krista was not part of the problem in this process. More

During my recent car search I had visited a lot of dealerships looking for the right vehicle to fit 4 soon to be teenage boys and was very disappointed in the customer service I received. I was very relieved when I met Krista who listened to what best fit me, and kept me in the price range of what I was asking for. Her customer service and compassion while helping me through the financing was absolutely amazing. I had been to several other dealerships, and looked at many other vehicles...but my experience at Sunshine Toyota was by far the best.
