This dealership's service center is incompetent and ill equipped to perform warranty repairs. They don't mind inconveniencing you in every possible way while they take months to perform a repair originally equipped to perform warranty repairs. First off, KIA’s are awesome! We just purchased our 2nd KIA with help from Andy.
