Is there better customer service in E Tn? I would consider buying a Kia from Parkside simply due to the excellent customer service from the service dept. Always kind, always coffee and snacks, always polite and using my name, alwasy washing my car, always making my day for a simple oil change. I only WISH any other business had this kind of customer service. This is a lost "art" with today's business and Kia is keeping it old school hospitality. LOVE THEM!! Glad it was time to have and oil change One phone call! I called Kristeena, asked if I could bring my car in for oil and filter and a couple of other things. She made the appointment. I had One phone call! I called Kristeena, asked if I could bring my car in for oil and filter and a couple of other things. She made the appointment. I had to be in Knoxville the day before so she said I could drop off my car and then pick it up the day of my appointment when it was ready. She called early, I picked the car up and it was washed and clean. Thanks for making our trips for service fun days. More
