Very helpful! I thought I had an appointment made via web but it didn't work! Kristen's realized since I wasn't just there for an oil change she made the effort to I thought I had an appointment made via web but it didn't work! Always friendly and explains everything they are doing and they always offer transportation if needed. Their waiting area is very nice AND DOESNT SMELL LIKE TIRES! Yay.
