This dealership bent over backwards for me. Richard Johnson and Kristen Chernik were amazing to deal with. I originally ordered a QX 50 the new model that just came out. It is a nice car however I have been driving an SUV for several years and decided it was time for a change. I ended up wanting a Q60 coupe. Kristen and Richard found the one I wanted with the options. Kristen was constantly in touch with me as to when the vehicle would be delivered. I am extremely happy with my purchase and overall experience at the Roswell Infiniti location. More

Amazingly friendly staff! Over the years there have been few things I've dreaded as much as buying a car. If only every car dealership had the staff that Roswell Infiniti has, Over the years there have been few things I've dreaded as much as buying a car. If only every car dealership had the staff that Roswell Infiniti has, this would never be a problem. I expressed interest in an Infiniti Q50 Hybrid using their website, and was immediately contacted by Kristen. She was super friendly, super helpful, and super patient with me. These traits proved invaluable, because I was trying to purchase this car from out of state. By the time I arrived at the dealership Kristen and I had emailed each other back and forth 60+ times over the span of two weeks(I'm terribly picky, so sorry Kristen!) She'd referred me to anyone else I needed information from for things such as trade-in value and warranties. Everyone at the dealership was just as helpful and friendly. My wife and I arrived, test drove the car we were interested in, got to meet everyone face to face, and had the most pleasant auto transaction I've ever experienced by far. I've never been so happy after walking out of a dealership with a new set of car keys. I drive my last Infiniti for 5 years(but I bought it in a different state) before trading it in for this newer model. I'm already planning to reach to Roswell Infiniti first whenever the day comes that I want to replace this new one in 5+ years. More

The way car buying should be I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Roswell Infiniti. I was given a fair price upfront and most of the discussion/time was around picking colors and features and looking at cars on the lot. This is also the only Infiniti dealership in Atlanta that responded properly to my initial internet inquiry. I asked for specific information and pricing and Kristen Chernik provided everything I needed. I think this is the only dealership in Atlanta that understands how to deal with the Internet channel. Other dealerships just pestered me for my phone number and never provided the requested info. Stephany Duncan was my sales person and was courteous and easy to work with. There were no typical car dealership games of trying to wear you down or "bait and switch' She only needed to check with her sales manager once on the value of my trade in. Her focus was on getting the right car for me (as opposed to selling me something). Adrienne Briant was my finance contact. She was also courteous and easy to work with. She had everything organized and all of the numbers were accurate. All I had to do was sign. And the whole process only took a few hours. As I said in my title, this is what a car buying experience should be! More

I had a fantastic car buying process with Elizabeth Marshall. Her professional yet personable approach made this car purchase a truly memorable experience. First, she has a friendly and low-pressure approach to the car search process. She showed me several different options while on-site and followed over email with several more. Second, when I ultimately did find the car that met all my criteria, she rapidly confirmed its availability and came in early the next morning just so I could have the first opportunity to test drive. Lastly, Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure my car purchase went through smoothly and with as little hassle as possible. I drove out with my perfect pre-owned vehicle that day and have been over the moon ever since! I could not be happier with my "almost new" vehicle, the initial customer service experience and the continued follow through from both the sales and service departments at Roswell Infiniti. Casually stopping in a few Fridays ago turned out to be the best decision I ever made. I cannot imagine having bought a car anywhere else! More

The Best Purchasing Experience Ever!!! First, I don't normally spend the time to give a review on a product unless I am 110% giddy with ALL elements of a purchase, and Roswell Infiniti met First, I don't normally spend the time to give a review on a product unless I am 110% giddy with ALL elements of a purchase, and Roswell Infiniti met and exceeded all of my expectations!! I had started looking for a solid low mileage "new to me" vehicle for my wife, in December of 2017. I did this by downloading many of the apps that are available, and started looking at a couple of hundred vehicles a day to see what I could get for the money I wanted to spend. As time passed, I was starting to think that there just wasn't much out there with the "WoW factor" that I wanted in a vehicle for her. Our budget was pretty average in comparison to most people who are shopping for a pre-owned small SUV. After months, of finding things that were ok, or had some of things I know she would want but never a total package of features, price, existing mileage, value for trade in, and people that I ACTUALY wanted to do business with. Many of the dealerships I visited treated me like a piece of meat when I hit the lot, and constantly tried to "sell me up" from the vehicle that I had identified in my searches as the one I wanted to see/drive. The whole experience was frustrating, and a bit depressing, as I wanted to be excited and enthusiastic about the whole vehicle buying experience, and I wasn't getting any of it. In early February of 2018, I expanded my search to over 500 miles from where I live in New Orleans LA, and that is when I found Roswell Infiniti in North Atlanta GA. I did this strictly because I was tired of seeing the same vehicles from the same local dealers, and was truly getting nowhere with any of them. I saw a vehicle that was perfect for what I was looking for, and honestly seemed "too good to be true," so being the natural skeptic that I am; I didn't actually believe that this was "for real!" As any skeptic would do, I sent in a message to their internet concierge, and waited for the impending doom of her telling me things like "that car just sold, or we just sent that one to auction but..." Yet, that is not at all what happened, instead I received an after-hours message from Roswell, telling me that they were closed, but that I would hear from someone first thing in the morning. The next morning, before I left for work, I had two emails from Kristen Chernik at Roswell Infiniti. One message told me about their out of state sales process, and that they were very experienced with this type of transaction. The second email outlined the exact vehicle that I had inquired about, with accompanying documents that had a list of all of the bells and whistles that came with it, and why I should consider Roswell Infiniti. I immediately called Kristen, and she was as friendly, informative, and truly helpful as any person that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I explained to her that I wanted to surprise my wife for Valentine's Day, and that this vehicle would make a great fit for her. Over the next three days, she spent an inordinate amount of time sending me information, appraising my trade in, and overall making me feel comfortable about making a purchase of this size over the phone. Small disclaimer, prior to this experience, the most I had ever purchased online was a light bulb for my aquarium (about $40.00), so buying a car online was, to say the least, not expected!! Kristen made these few days so easy; her exceptional personality and relate-ability were outstanding, and I enjoyed working with her so much that I put a down payment on the car, having only seen pictures and communicating with Kristen. I also scheduled my trip, a 7+ hour drive to North Atlanta, on Lundi Gras (the day before Mardi Gras) driving home on Mardi Gras day, normally an untouchable series of days for me, as a lifetime New Orleanian. When we arrived at Roswell Infiniti on Tuesday (Mardi Gras day) morning, you would have thought that we were coming in to buy their biggest and most expensive vehicle by the way we were greeted and treated. This is when we met the salesman extraordinaire, Rushdi "Rusty" Rabia! Rushdi was phenomenal! As a business trainer, who specializes in customer service and sales, I am probably one of the harshest critics of salespeople, and the customer service that I receive. Rushdi made us feel like were family (which as a southern boy, is vitally important to me). He took the time to walk my wife and I through all of the features and benefits of our "new to us" QX30. He patiently went over all of the bells and whistles, and answered all of our questions, and made sure that we felt awesome about our purchase. One of things that kept me up at night prior to our drive to Atlanta, was that when we got there, that our salesperson, or finance person would start changing the terms of the deal, or not honor the price for my trade. Truly, I created more negative scenarios than you can imagine, as I knew that this deal was going to flop in the end. So having Rushdi and Kristen to work with, was a blessing! The last person that we got to work with was Derak Rawlings, the Finance Director. Surely, I thought, this is where I am going to get screwed! I couldn’t have been more wrong, Derak was awesome! He took the time to present all of the different options available to my wife and I, and made the finance part of this transaction so freaking easy! At this point, I was blown away! I was getting the vehicle we never thought we could afford, at a very reasonable rate, with the Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned expanded bumper to bumper warranty that is 7 years and UNLIMITED MILES!!! No freaking way, I thought to myself, but it was all too real! Once we were finished with Derak, and it was time to give my keys to them and vice versa, Kristen knowing that we had a 7+ hour drive back home, put together a snack bag for us with soft drinks, waters, chips, nuts, pastries, and other awesome stuff. This was a totally unexpected “cherry on top” of the exceptional experience we had already had. Until we drove off the lot, I was waiting for someone to come out and tell us that there had been a mistake, or something else that would have killed the deal, but it never happen. Instead, I was contacted on three separate occasions within 24 hours of our purchase, to make sure we had all of the paperwork we needed, to see if we had any questions about anything, and overall to make sure that we had an exceptional buying experience. We are ecstatic about the vehicle, the deal we received, the customer service, the salespeople and representatives at Roswell. I can guarantee you that when I start looking for a new vehicle for myself that Roswell Infiniti will be the first place I start looking, the buying experience was that outstanding!!! I hope this long-winded story encourages someone to take the time to check out Roswell Infiniti, and reach out to Kristen if you are looking online, and/or Rushdi if you are walking in the dealership, as they are all worth it!!
