Once I got into the dealership I met Rushdi and he was a great person to deal with: very positive and helpful. I asked Kristen to do a few things extra with my old car and she worked it out no problem. I also appreciated the level of service from Chris Hansen in the service department. The only thing I can add as a suggestion is to fill up the gas tank for the buyers :) Thank you all! I love my "new to me" 2015 Infiniti Q40! More

Great car and an easy transaction I live in Nashville and I purchased a CPO 2017 Q70L. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from this dealership after locating it on a website. When you do a purchase this way and expend the time and effort to travel before actually seeing the car, you have to trust that the dealer will treat you (and your time) with respect and not misrepresent the car or the transaction process. These people have integrity and will treat you right. Kristen Chernik & Stephany Palumbos-Duncan were excellent to work with and made the transaction smooth and easy. The only slight negative was the requisite experience with the finance shop. After listening to the pitch for an extended warranty and declining it, I felt a slight change in the attitude in the room. That said, not a significant issue that would keep me from buying a car at Roswell Infiniti in the future. Overall a great experience. More
