The process of the test drive and the explanation of the fees and taxes as well as trading my previously owned car was relatively seamless and the dealership had the car I was looking for and has many quali fees and taxes as well as trading my previously owned car was relatively seamless and the dealership had the car I was looking for and has many quality features like their service department and waiting rooms as well as accessories and an on-site Finance office with experts to assist you in the process. There was not a feeling of pressure to buy the car. That would not have worked on me anyway but some dealerships make you feel like you can't walk away or they'll sell the car while you aren't looking and I did not get that impression here other than being asked to come back to show my trade to a potential buyer. That did force me to have to do paperwork late into the evening but that was my choice. More

Thankful was extremely professional helping me trade in my paid off crv for a "new" used vehicle. I was able to view the vehicle I was interested in, including the interior, despite it being lowered on a l my paid off crv for a "new" used vehicle. I was able to view the vehicle I was interested in, including the interior, despite it being lowered on a lift. When the mechanics on site decided to do some extra preventative maintenance on the car, Thankful was able to place a hold it, ensuring it would still be mine. I was also able to leave the CRV on their lot, even prior to the deal being fully completed, which was a sticking point for me as someone who was nervous my own car would somehow get damaged between trading it in and receiving my new vehicle if I kept driving it around. Additionally, Thankful was at no point pushing me into getting more car than I wanted or upgrades I was disinterested in, and the finance team equally didn't push me into expensive warranty options for a used vehicle. Can't overstate how positive this experience was, especially to my previous experiences with Bob Rohrman. If you find yourself at Ed Martin Toyota, ask for Thankful! More
