Our Salesman, Sam Spencer, was very personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable about the car we were looking to purchase. He effortlessly made the purchasing experience a pleasant and stress free one. Our Delivery Coordinator, Nicole Sciamarelli, patiently went through the millions of features (okay, it only seems like millions), to make sure I understood what the features did and how and when to use them. She was knowledgeable on every question I asked. She didn't rush through it, even though it was near the end of the day. Kristen Inaugurato reviewed all the various additional maintenance and warranty options in a very professional manner, explaining all the benefits without the hard sell tactics I've seen at other dealerships. The price paid was more than fair, and consistent with what I expected based on my research. All in all, I highly recommend the dealership, and in particular the outstanding sales and delivery coordination efforts by Sam and Nicole! More

We've bought quite a few cars over the years but this is the first time we've had our own trainer and didn't have to look it all up in the owners manual! Josh, our sales person was personable and friendly. He didn't ask us every 2 minutes if we were ready to buy. We were able to test drive a couple of cars and discuss a deal in a business like manner and have a little fun along the way. Never felt we were being pressured or pushed. It was our first visit to this dealership and he made us feel like valued customers right off the bat. Kristen, the finance maven, was great as well.
