Our Salesman, Sam Spencer, was very personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable about the car we were looking to purchase. He effortlessly made the purchasing experience a pleasant and stress free one. Our Delivery Coordinator, Nicole Sciamarelli, patiently went through the millions of features (okay, it only seems like millions), to make sure I understood what the features did and how and when to use them. She was knowledgeable on every question I asked. She didn't rush through it, even though it was near the end of the day. Kristen Inaugurato reviewed all the various additional maintenance and warranty options in a very professional manner, explaining all the benefits without the hard sell tactics I've seen at other dealerships. The price paid was more than fair, and consistent with what I expected based on my research. All in all, I highly recommend the dealership, and in particular the outstanding sales and delivery coordination efforts by Sam and Nicole! More

Traded old Subaru for a new one Sam was a tremendous help with getting me in a new car. I had my son with me and was able to leave for a few hours to feed him. We've bought quite a few cars over the years but this is the first time we've had our own trainer and didn't have to look it all up in the owners manual! Josh, our sales person was personable and friendly. He didn't ask us every 2 minutes if we were ready to buy. We were able to test drive a couple of cars and discuss a deal in a business like manner and have a little fun along the way. Never felt we were being pressured or pushed. It was our first visit to this dealership and he made us feel like valued customers right off the bat. Kristen, the finance maven, was great as well. They presented to me, my brand new 2019 Subaru Forester Sport with a sign that read "Happy Valentine's Day Diane" and a big pink bow. It was like a scene out of a commercial!! I was beyond surprised. Thanks to Tim S., Mike D., Nicole S., Kristen and a few others, for making this day a very special one. Everyone is so kind, patient and willing. So simple! Just got my second Crosstrek from World Subaru. My first was totaled on the way down to FL, and thanks to Subaru and their well built cars, neither my Just got my second Crosstrek from World Subaru. My first was totaled on the way down to FL, and thanks to Subaru and their well built cars, neither my husband nor my dog were injured. Because of this, I won't go with any other car. The people in the dealership couldn't be nicer. Sam Spencer is such a great guy, I never felt pressured into buying any options that I didn't want. He answered our questions quickly and thoroughly be it in person or through emails and texts. He is extremely professional, and we got what I think is a very good deal. A shout out to Kristen Inaugurato who walked me through the financing stuff and Nicole Sciamarelli who walked me through all the new features (which were numerous bc my last Crosstrek was a 2014). Both explained everything in a clear and concise way, never making me feel stupid. Thanks everyone at Subaru, you make something people usually dread doing very easy! More
