Quick and painless I knew exactly what I wanted. In fact I was waiting for the FJ that I wanted to come in at another dealership. It had been delayed 3 times so I star I knew exactly what I wanted. Kristin called me and told me. They held it for me. I went up the next day and bought it. It was less expensive than the other one and I didn't have to drive as far. Kristin couldn't be there but she had lined up Jerry and Brittnee to help me. I buy the vehicles for our family and this was my best experience ever. Of course, they all (including the finance person) was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Jerry even took me around to meet other departmental people. It was actually fun! Thanks to all of you. I was in need of a vehicle and the reason why I went to Billings when I live in Bozeman is because Lithia Toyota had great prices and low mileage. We showed up and they were popping popcorn, making cookies and it seemed really busy but everyone was very friendly. Kirsten introduced me to Max. She said I would like him and she was right! I think I made him a little nervous during the test drive but we definitely hit it off. I could ask him anything and he either had the answer or made sure to get the answer. Buying a car is a long process but Max was upbeat and very positive and really excited for me. He related very well to my mom, dad and I and I didn't feel like I was getting jerked around like I have before. We had the feeling he was very honest and forthright. I am pretty sure he won't be there when I need a car again and that makes me sad..... Hopefully he is on a beach somewhere drinking Margaritas! Thanks Max! Take care of yourself Jessica More

She negotiated a deal for us at the lowest price we'd found anywhere AND THEN DELIVERED THE CAR TO MY DOORSTEP (about 300 miles round trip).
