He gave us great information about the cars and was honest about the pros and cons of each. He did not pressure us in any way but was available to answer our questions. He was diligent about working within our budget. He allowed us plenty of time to drive the cars, explore the options, and ask questions. He did not rush us in any way. Keith Deschane was involved in the final financial negotiations. He was kind, honest, and fair. He was extremely professional and made the car-buying experience fun! We felt that he gave a great deal on an amazing car. Keith runs an amazing business and we will recommend Lithia Toyota to all of our friends and family members. More

In purchasing our 2013 Toyota Sienna everyone we worked with in the Sales area was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would say this purchase was one of, if not THE most pleasant car-buying experience I've with in the Sales area was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would say this purchase was one of, if not THE most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. We knew Kristin Paulsen and Don Speck previously so it was nice to see familiar faces. Don even acted as techno-geek to program my Blue Tooth, and sat down and visited with us while we waited for the finance guy. In addition, when I brought the car back 10 days later to inquire about changing the height of the armrests, Mike Cleveland bent over backward helping me. Although there was not a ready solution in the parts area, he eventually took it upon himself to construct a "fix" which worked great. He didn't charge me, and he even arranged for a car wash!
