Kristin from the Genius team did a great job explaining the features of the car and Rich in Finance made the "paperwork" part of the process quick and easy. Megan answered all my questions in a timely, courteous manner. She is the singular reason I pursued a vehicle with Prestige BMW as I had been speaking with 3 other BMW dealerships in Bergen / Morris County. Megan was proactive in accommodating my schedule and arranged for me to meet with Pedro Andrade. When I arrived Pedro was there to greet me and spend time understanding my needs. He, too, was very professional and courteous. Service is so important in this fast-paced environment, and both Megan and Pedro made my experience outstanding. I could have purchased a BMW from one of many dealers in the tri-state area; it was the attention to detail that made my deal flawless. I highly recommend Prestige BMW. More

Easy, fair, respectful I worked with Lori Asserson. It was the best experience I have had with a car salesperson. She was calm, listened to what I was looking for, and helpe I worked with Lori Asserson. It was the best experience I have had with a car salesperson. She was calm, listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find a vehicle even better than what I was thinking of, for a reasonable price. She was on-time, responded to my emails, and was warm, friendly and helpful, as was all the staff I had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Lori. Kristen, who went over the specifics of the car with me, was also great to work with, and explained the technology of my new car in a way that was easily understandable. The finance person Richard was very warm and helpful, being considerate of my time constraints and making the process quick and easy. Overall, this is a great dealership and one that makes the nerve-racking process of buying a vehicle a very positive experience. More

Great experience start to finish. The lease was ending on my 2014 BMW X5 that was purchased at Prestige BMW as well. Went in looking to get a new 2017 X5 or another car. Wound up order The lease was ending on my 2014 BMW X5 that was purchased at Prestige BMW as well. Went in looking to get a new 2017 X5 or another car. Wound up ordering a 2017 535 GT. I worked with Gregg Scott. Gregg was fantastic during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and the ordering process. Gregg was super professional and gave me a great price from the get go, Everyone that I came in contact with at Prestige BMW has been super to work with. When the lease ends on my current BMW I will be back to lease another. More

Extremely professional, very friendly, provided frequent updates on the status of my order and delivery. Honestly, you could not have done a better job as a BMW Client Advisor, and he's a big reason I would come back and order another BMW from Prestige. Also worked with James Porrazzo in Finance, and he was equally communicative, helped me look at my financing options, worked with my Credit Union (which i chose to use), and had me through delivery quickly. No games on extras, very straight forward. Kristen did a great job showing my wife and I the new iDrive, and set up my Sirius subscription while i was working with James. Fantastic job from start to finish, loved working with them. More

Simply the Best I just picked up my new car on my 3rd BMW lease with Prestige. Truth be told, there are dealerships closer to my home, but I travel the extra distance I just picked up my new car on my 3rd BMW lease with Prestige. Truth be told, there are dealerships closer to my home, but I travel the extra distance to Prestige because they are the best customer service with both sales and service. Rob is my Client Advisor, and he was great! Very helpful with answering questions and getting the numbers to where I wanted them to be. James was the Finance Advisor, and he made the paperwork and warranty stuff as smooth as possible. Kristen was the "Genius," who got everything set-up in the car with my phone paired, garage door opener set, and satellite radio set-up. It's super convenient to KNOW that you will be treated well and not have to visit 10 other dealerships just to make sure. More

Everything you want in a car dealer Everyone knows buying a car can be tiring and stressful. After spending two weeks looking for cars dealing with 5-6 different dealerships I arrived at Everyone knows buying a car can be tiring and stressful. After spending two weeks looking for cars dealing with 5-6 different dealerships I arrived at Prestige BMW and was treated great. This was my last stop after a long Saturday bouncing around different dealerships and I wasn't expecting much after spending all day being taken through the paces at other dealerships. My experience at Prestige was refreshingly easy, open, and honest. My salesperson Max Carela spent almost the entire afternoon with me and was extremely patient and helpful. The experience with him was like dealing with a human being who actually was interested in selling me a car versus other dealerships who stuck to using cheap sales tactics that were very annoying. Kristen Perwas and Jim Casella were also extremely helpful and and knowledgeable about the car and services being offered unlike at other dealerships where my questions were often answered with vague responses or "I don't know." I am very pleased with my experience at Prestige, and very happy with my BMW. For anyone interested in purchasing a BMW, stopping by Prestige is a must. Their prices are extremely fair and competitive and they know the market and what they are talking about. Everyone I dealt with was very straightforward and honest, and I could not be more pleased with my overall experience. Thanks! More
