This is the second BMW I have gotten from Lori and I have consistently been impressed with her thoughtful and customer-focused approach during the entire sales process. She makes it very easy and very comfortable to make the purchase/lease with confidence. The team at Prestige seems uniformly excellent in my view. Overall I felt that he was on my side to make the experience a win-win. I made the decision that day without any pressure and was very pleased. I picked up the car 2 days later and was very happy to learn about the details and technology of the car by the rest of the team. Gregg even went out of the way to put the floor mats I purchased in the car for me. He called later that day to see how I liked the drive home.
