Always positive I moved to Charlotte 4 years ago with my 2002 VW Beetle and did not know where to take my car for service. Keffer VW is fairly close to my home so I I moved to Charlotte 4 years ago with my 2002 VW Beetle and did not know where to take my car for service. Keffer VW is fairly close to my home so I went there. I have been going there ever since because the service staff are courteous and knowledgeable about my car. I hope to buy another VW Beetle this year and Keffer VW will be where I shop. More

Engaging experience Had a very pleasant experience talking to TimBo about the new Volkswagens and really went out of his way to demonstrate the difference in the cars. He was extremely open to me asking him questions. Kristen was also very helpful and informative about my service. I was very pleased with the fact that even though I came in after hours for my oil change, she was able to flag someone down for me to fix up my car last minute.
