I bought my car from Battleground KIA but even after calling and requesting schedule for service online multiple times, they never responded back so I just tried calling this place and they responded qu calling and requesting schedule for service online multiple times, they never responded back so I just tried calling this place and they responded quickly and fixed an appointment the next day. Most importantly when I went there today, everything went so smooth as knife on butter from the pickup till delivery. They only took 30 mins for the state inspection, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and filling washer fluid even though they have multiple customers which is really impressive. I wish I bought my car here and even though this is a long drive for me, it's worth the time spent with this level of quick service and hospitality. More

From the first visit, the sales staff were attentive and helpful. My husband and I were under a time constraint with our insurance company to make a purchase after a deer collision. I’m extremely disappointed with Burlington Kia’s service and safety practices. This dealership has been the only place to service my car for 3 years, yet serious issues were handled poorly and disclosed lat and safety practices. This dealership has been the only place to service my car for 3 years, yet serious issues were handled poorly and disclosed late. A lug was stripped during a prior tire rotation and I wasn’t told until checkout during an oil change. I was then released in the rain with brakes at 0% because it was “too late” to fix, and told to schedule brakes later. At the brake appointment, they removed the lug and tried to send me out on 4 lugs, saying the other four were “fine.” After a later oil change, I developed a burning smell and a check engine light (P0441). New “issues” were suddenly mentioned that were not found on my previous multipoint inspection. When I asked the shop foreman why, he said each tech sees things differently, which is concerning since inspections should be standardized. There is no General Manager or on-site Service Manager, and the shop foreman was rude and dismissive. I now have to go to another Kia dealership to check behind their work because I no longer trust this location. The only positive experience was Service Advisor Eric Hicks, who was professional and did what he could. Unfortunately, systemic issues and lack of oversight make this location one I cannot recommend. More
