I relaxed in the customer lounge with coffee, free WIFI, fruit, doughnuts, TV. My car was ready in about 45 minutes and I was on my way. I have used Hendrick Honda service exclusively for 13 years since I purchased my first Honda from the dealership. Every service manager has been very friendly and helpful so it is always a pleasant experience to go there. More

I have brought all my Hondas to Hendrick Honda since August of 1997. Hendrick Honda is an excellent dealership and has an excellent service department. I have been using Kristi Richards for a few years as my service advisor. Kristi is very customer oriented and knows Honda vehicles. San Mittendorff has been my mechanic since 1997. Tony Belcastro, Service Manager, and Sam Maddalena, Service Director, are always there to lend a helping hand if needed. Bill Fredericks is an excellent salesman. Very easy to make a fair deal with Bill. Overall Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge is an excellent dealership to do business with. More

My Recent Visit to Hendrick Honda I went in for my normal oil change & tire rotation. Soon after, Kristi Richards called me to her desk to explain the service tech had found 6 or 7 i I went in for my normal oil change & tire rotation. Soon after, Kristi Richards called me to her desk to explain the service tech had found 6 or 7 issues. About 3 were very timely, and the others could wait awhile. Kristi let me make up my own mind about which issues I wanted worked on. I told her I had a haircut appointment at 2 PM. She advised they would be finished by then. I agreed to have all issues taken care of so I wouldn't have to worry. They had me done in time for me to make my haircut appointment! Kristi even checked out my warranty plan I had purchased to find which of these issues would be covered. I appreciated that! More
