Good sales tactics, terrible service after the sale. Vehicle was sold “as is” but had ant infestation, running issues, and needed an APIM computer module after taking delivery. Finance manager had us sign a 3000 mile 3 month warranty form, but salesperson said we had no warranty. We asked if they could help with these issues and sales rep wouldn’t get back to us after three calls and texts. We ended up fixing the ant issue and the running issue ourselves, by cleaning the throttlebody. The computer had to be ordered which we had done at another Ford dealership (Jacky Jones Ford) who gave us a discounted rate, and did the installation. We ended up paying roughly $1000 for the repair. This should have been covered under our 3000 mile 3 month warranty since we just bought the vehicle less than three weeks ago. More

Finance tried to slip in extended warranty and wheels and tires on the contract. We never even discussed it. Sales tried to sell me some customer value package and some other plan and told me it was mandator tires on the contract. We never even discussed it.
