Me. Tony Licari was friendly, polite, helpful,, respectful, and informative. He didn’t push or rush us into buying a car. He took time to explain and demonstrate many of the car’s features. The Impala that we were trading in was over ten years old and didn’t have any of the electronic/ computer features of the Santa Fe. He offered us a reasonable trade in price for our car and worked with us for a final price. On the day we were to meet him at 10::30, Mr. Licari waited for us until almost 11:30 am because I was late leaving from a doctor’s appointment. This was his day off, but he waited for us and did not rush us. I’d rate him as super excellent and will recommend him and the dealership. More
