Schaumburg Kia is a great dealership with polite, prompt and attentive staff. I traveled a from another county to pre-order and purchase my new 2023 Telluride. Aldo Rodriguez went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule for delivery and in reviewing my new SUV’s features and accompanying services. Tiffany Phillips and Ricky Perez provided personalized service to ensure I received the best deal. Anthony Longobardi was very thorough in explaining all aspects of my financing and insurance in an efficient manner and even went so far as to label my paperwork for “home” and “car”.
