We had the best experience at Kenny Ross Ford. Our salesman Nicholas Yen, finance Rich McCoy, and GM Rae Ann Morris were outstanding at helping us make our purchase. We bought a used 2021 Ford E Our salesman Nicholas Yen, finance Rich McCoy, and GM Rae Ann Morris were outstanding at helping us make our purchase. We bought a used 2021 Ford Escape SEL for our daughter who will need it in college. The previous evening Nick tried to work a deal with a very similar vehicle that happened to be at your Kenny Ross Subaru lot right up the highway. That staff was the complete opposite and we felt horrible at the disrespect they showed not only us, but Nick as well. But, we moved on and we're completely satisfied with KRF. We've been customers for almost 20 years, and our daughter will be making her own first purchase there as well. More

They work hard, but I felt that I knew the vehicles better than they did. A salesman that was working with another customer seemed pretty cocky when his customer wasn't around, but others in the showr better than they did. A salesman that was working with another customer seemed pretty cocky when his customer wasn't around, but others in the showroom could hear him. He's nowhere near as smart as he was acting and was much more concerned about making a sale than doing right by the customer. That was unprofessional and off-putting to others in the showroom. Krista Hartman worked hard and was pleasant to deal with. The arrogant male salesman should follow her lead. This is coming from a very professional and knowledgeable male customer. More
