Every facet of my experience with this dealership was professional, friendly, and informative. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with by far!! Shady liars, crooks. Everything started out okay but went down hill quickly! Short version - They sold us a $60k+ certified vehicle wit far!! Shady liars, crooks. Everything started out okay but went down hill quickly! Short version - They sold us a $60k+ certified vehicle with bad brakes. They refuse to do anything. Profit over the safety of a good customer (we purchased a $35k+ Audi from Bill Jacobs Land Rover/Jaguar a couple years ago. By the way they offered us $12,000 for the Audi. We sold it to Carvana for $18,400 (would have gotten $19,700 if traded to Caravana). I guess Bill Jacobs needed to make $12k on the Audi (that's a 100% profit) Their extended warranty (Assurant) isn't worth the paper it's written on, IMO. We immediately cancelled it. The policy states they will pay OR reimburse you the cost of repairs. So you may have to pay hundreds or thousands out of pocket then HOPE you get reimbursed. The policy also states they, at their option, use replacement parts that may include new, remanufactured, uses or non OEM. This is ridiculous too! So if your $7,000 turbos fail, they may be replaced with used or Chinese made turbos! We were told needed to fill out a credit application even if we were going to pay cash or finance through our own bank. We were told by GiGi its so they can verify our identity. Hahahaha! We were told one year free Sirius. Another lie! It's 3 months. We asked, within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle if we could change the financing to a shorter term as we learned about a lower rate being offered by BMW for certified vehicles. We were told the loan was already funded, which I found out was a lie after calling other dealers and BMW Finance. While cleaning the wheels the day after we bought it, I noticed grooves in both rear brake rotors. I took the vehicle to another local BMW dealer and 3 local independent shops. They all told me the dealer obviously "pad slapped" the rear brakes, meaning they installed new pads on bad rotors to save money. They all said the dealer should have replaced both rear rotors, pads and sensor. After going back and forth with the dealer, sending pictures, speaking with Mike Alder, the GM, they said they would not do anything. I found out that it would cost them less than $1k to make things right, and the brakes safe. He offered no resolution at all. I have filed a few formal complaints with BMW customer relations, for what it's worth which is probably nothing. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the Attorney General and I am meeting with my attorney next week to discuss the matter. This isn't about a small rip in the seat, or a ding in a door, or stain in the carpet. This is about the brakes! A safety issue. My fiancee refuses to drive the vehicle because of it having bad brakes. This vehicle was a birthday gift, which has been parked inside the garage, except when we took it to the other dealer and local shops to be inspected. We've put a whopping 84 miles on it since we purchased it, of which 34 of them was driving it home from the dealership. Again, this is the short version.
