Harry Gianos and his team including JJ Kliegl provided a great sales and on-boarding experience for my new x7. I came in on a Saturday, asked for some prices on a few different cars, and we agreed to what I great sales and on-boarding experience for my new x7. I came in on a Saturday, asked for some prices on a few different cars, and we agreed to what I thought was a fair price. I was in and out with a new car financed and insured that day. Harry, JJ, and Aldijana stayed after close to complete the transaction. Harry and JJ offered to have me return for an Encore tutorial for how to use all the new technology in the car. We worked with Harry as our client advisor and had an excellent experience. He patiently answered our questions during our first visit and spent considerable time explaining the various features of the c excellent experience. This was despite of us telling him that we are in the process of narrowing down our options and not close to making a decision. It took us a few weeks to pull the trigger. Harry kept in touch during that time and we never got the feeling of being rushed. The price that we ultimately agreed upon was very fair and actually slightly below what I was expecting. There were no unnecessary markups or mandatory dealer add-ons. The car that we built and received was exactly what we wanted. Overall, strongly recommend Harry and Bill Jacobs BMW for your next car.
