Another employee from a different department ended up assisting me instead of the lady who initially took my paperwork when I arrived. Other than that, the service was good but it could have been excellent. I gave all stars because I know how survey work but in the future you can suggest a loaner to someone instead of them being out of a vehicle for a while. More
