Very pleased with my experience at Pomoco. At first I started in the Collision Center speaking with Ms. Jane Saunders, not part of the new vehicle purchase but wanted to mention her as well. Ms. Kyla Power listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job working with me from start to finish on the purchase of my new truck. I would defiantly recommend speaking with her if you're in the market. I would also like to mention Ms. Melissa Taylor (Delivery Manager) and Ms. Lisa Estes (Red Team Service Manager), I was not pushed into anything I didn't want or excessively poked at for more options/warranties. Kyla Power was amazing! She was very patient throughout the process. Many sales people are pushy but we felt no pressure at all. Kyla Power is the greatest! Really stayed in touch with me to ensure I had all the information that I needed. Unfortunately, her support team wasn't nearly as concerned with my time or well-being as it to me to ensure I had all the information that I needed. Unfortunately, her support team wasn't nearly as concerned with my time or well-being as it took more than two hours to sign paperwork for an all cash deal where the numbers had already been negotiated! I even gave them 3+ hours notice before arriving to the dealership. Unacceptable. More
