The Salesperson was Stellar, up to the point that He Said he would have the car Detailed before Delivery. Though Upon Delivery, Found Other Peoples Business Cards under the seats. something like Chocolate Sh he would have the car Detailed before Delivery. Though Upon Delivery, Found Other Peoples Business Cards under the seats. something like Chocolate Shake Drippings on the Drivers Interior Door Panel and Console. Amongst some other things, so, either the Detailing Never Occurred as per the Salesperson, or the Dealership FAILED To Follow through on Promises Made. So do not Know if Dealership Failed, or Salesperson Failed to Follow thru. Also, there was NO Discounting nor Negotiating with Feeble Excuses that was above their Pay Grade and that came from both Salesperson and Sales Manager. Even though they were in competition against 4 other Dealerships and 6 other vehicles. The Only clincher for the Deal was the Vehicle Color and that they Would Deliver to me with No Additional Charges. Another Failure was the Dealership WOULD NOT Follow up to Determine what had been Painted or Touched Up on the vehicle and WHEN? I was Pulling Paint Blocking Tape off the Vehicle in front of the Salesperson, so I know there was some painting going on. And I would Still Like to Know whom previous Owner was and what had transpired with the Vehicle Prior to Purchase. Because of the Paint is New then there are Limitations as to when it can be waxed due to cure time. So A Need to Know Item. Also do Not Need a Hard sell on Rustproofing a vehicle that is 6 years old as that only covers up and traps the existing Rust and actually makes the Issue Worse. Unless they are of course offering to have all the existing under body frame and panels sandblasted and cleaned at their expense. Which was Not in the contract. More

The person who helped me was very courteous and helpful. He informed me of some suggested services, without being pushy and making me feel obligated to have them done. I love the new building! It was nice to have popcorn and water available while I waited. I appreciate the comfortable tables and wifi. I brought my laptop because I knew it was going to take a while, and I actually finished the book I am writing while sitting at Walser Hyundai :) I appreciated finding my car freshly washed when it was done being serviced. And this might seem like a strange thing to be grateful for, but I appreciate the supply of period products in the bathroom. While my time for needing those has passed, it's very meaningful for those who do need them, and it's something that's often overlooked. It's just a small detail that makes a person feel like Walser actually cares about their customers and sees them as people and not just as dollar signs. More

They did not put oil cap on my vehicle, drove vehicle to discover this where it smelled like something was burning. I then had to drive my vehicle back to the dealership and wait for everything to be fixed. discover this where it smelled like something was burning. I then had to drive my vehicle back to the dealership and wait for everything to be fixed. I didn’t get refunded for the oil change and the inconvenience this caused after all that. On top of all that I never got an oil change sticker reminder for my vehicle. More
