Beautiful facility, friendly people. I had a single concern that the tech decided to drain fluid from my transmission as I had followed the very detailed procedure defined by Honda. If the Tech did not follow the procedure (warm the engine until the cooling fan turns on, turn off the vehicle, check fluid level within 30-60 seconds), the reading on the dipstick would have showed slightly over filled. Given the lack of reliability with these transmissions, I would expect the Techs to follow the prescription defined in Honda's. Further, I asked that the techs verified TSB 17-025 and TSB-17-026 had been performed. I did not get a clear answer that it had been performed. I indicated that I had had major shudder issues prior to performing the transmission fluid and transmission filter replacement at 50,000 miles. Further, I indicated a mild form of shudder had been occurring recently. A tech drove the vehicle and indicated they could not duplicate it. I would have been happy to take them on a Test drive and demonstrated the issue (it is subtle). More

I found the car I was looking for at this Dealership, but it was the quality of the people there that made my purchase come together. Start to finish, there were no surprises and I was very pleased with the it was the quality of the people there that made my purchase come together. Scott's service and follow-up was very good and appreciative. I did, though, have a couple of surprises, not necessarily disappointments, but surprises based on previous service visits. First, it appreciative. I did, though, have a couple of surprises, not necessarily disappointments, but surprises based on previous service visits. First, it didn't appear that my vehicle was washed. I'm not sure if that is a standard service 'perk' anymore or not - but I know that I used to appreciate knowing my vehicle would get a good wash as part of my service visit; and second, I never received a video summary of what the technician found during the service visit. I do have the service notes that were made but this is the first time in, likely before Covid, where I didn't receive a video. Thank you for your time. More
