Absolutely horrible dealership. Was sold a 2019 Chevy Traverse with a faulty transmission. Brought the vehicle to their Service Department twice and was advised that it had an "exha Was sold a 2019 Chevy Traverse with a faulty transmission. Brought the vehicle to their Service Department twice and was advised that it had an "exhaust problem" (Please see attached supporting photo). 6 months after purchasing the vehicle the transmission completely failed. The transmission was covered under my extended warranty that I purchased, however I still had to pay $1200 out of pocket. Wrote to the dealership on multiple occasions regarding my out of pocket costs and requested reimbursement and never received any response. Not to mention that the dealership falsely advertised a manufacturer warranty that was already expired! The Dealership didn't even provide us with a loaner vehicle which was also falsely advertised (we were without our vehicle for over a month). Incident is currently being investigated by the NYS Attorney Generals Office. Their slogan is "Empire Buick GMC of White Plains, where you are treated like royalty". More like treated like garbage!! Absolutely horrible experience. Buyers beware! More

I took my car to the GMC service center because it wouldn’t start. They charged the battery and told me everything was fine. However, the same issue happened again the very next day. I brought the car wouldn’t start. They charged the battery and told me everything was fine. However, the same issue happened again the very next day. I brought the car back, and it ended up sitting there for four days without any work being done. The service was extremely disappointing. On top of that, they refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle, which made it very difficult for me to get to work. I eventually decided to take my car and bring it to another dealership. I am very unhappy with this experience and request that this matter be addressed properly. More

When it came to having Kyle as my salesman, i don't think I would have wanted anyone else to help me out. Worst dealership ever! I purchased a used F-150 and the second day I had it the truck would not start. The dealership was responsible for any repairs within the first 2 wee I purchased a used F-150 and the second day I had it the truck would not start. The dealership was responsible for any repairs within the first 2 weeks ownership. When I reached out they wanted to have it towed to their shop but never made it happen. They claimed because it was lifted they could not find a company to tow it. However, the company I used to have it towed to a shop stated they were contacted by Empire he gave them a quote and they never responded. To make my situation worse my wifes engine went down and since I work away from Home I had to have the truck fixed so my wife could use my old truck to get to work. I had no choice but to pay out of pocket to repair my new truck and now that I am asking for reimbursement for a replaced starter they wont even respond. I have never been so disappointed in my life with a company! I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General, DMV and reaching out to corporate GMC and Buick because businesses like this can not go unchecked. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle or getting one serviced go somewhere else because they clearly have no Integrity and will leave you out to dry! More
