I brought my 2016 Toyota Prius in to Findlay Toyota in Henderson for routine maintenance service. My service experience was good; no issues, other than there being lines of 3 or 4 cars waiting at each of Henderson for routine maintenance service. My service experience was good; no issues, other than there being lines of 3 or 4 cars waiting at each of the entry bays for their service department. However, within about 2 minutes following my arrival, several of their service staff members fanned out across all the bays to expedite checking in all the waiting drivers. I told them I was in no hurry, as my wife was waiting to drive me home and we did not need the car until about 6 hours later. I opted in to receive text messages from the service dept., and my service advisor Kyle also gave me a card with his direct mobile phone number. About 3 hours after leaving the car, I checked in with Kyle for a status update, and he told me that he was finishing up the paperwork right when I called, so I could come back as soon as I was ready. No problems, easy service appointment. More
