I personally have been going to Toyota for service for a bout a few years and the was my first to experience unprofessionalism when I was working with Kyle. He was very rude when I told him that I was told bout a few years and the was my first to experience unprofessionalism when I was working with Kyle. He was very rude when I told him that I was told by the parts department that I had warranty just for him to not value my warranty and send me to the parts department. The employee at the parts department confronted him and made him acknowledge my warranty. When I also left my vehicle for diagnosis he also was rude and hung up on me over the phone. Sad to say this was a very unpleasant experience. More

So far I have been happy with the service I’ve had done on my car. The service writers have been friendly and kept me informed about the time my car would be done.
