First off, the dealership was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The waiting areas are large and well-appointed. There’s a self-serve/pay canteen and complimentary water. Findlay is a friendly place, nice coffee of coffee, but that's were it ends! Salesman texts me while I'm sitting in the dealership waiting on my 14 recall to be corrected. Truly amazing how lazy a represe that's were it ends! Salesman texts me while I'm sitting in the dealership waiting on my 14 recall to be corrected. Truly amazing how lazy a representative can be! Everything was following the plan, when I was told I needed to leave my 2023 tundra for a month or so for a new recall. My engine, only 15,000 miles on it. Problem is my travel plans have been altered. Driving to Colorado is out and no one at Findlay Toyota could address the problem with me. Now, it's 46 degrees and my 2023 Tundra has locked me out, both keys do not work, and called dealership, talked to a computer 1 hour ago, no response. Oh well? Unbelievable, now I see how John Barr can bring a blue tundra to UNLV coach, when there show room is has red UNLV SUPPORT ALL AROUND? More
