I AM STILL PAYING FOR A CAR I TRADED IN- SEVEN WEEKS AGO! !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1/25. I traded in a car towards the purchase. On 3/15, I informed them that the car I traded in wa !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1/25. I traded in a car towards the purchase. On 3/15, I informed them that the car I traded in was still on my account. They stated it would definitely be removed by April. Early April rolls around—NOPE! The car I traded in is still listed on my account. I called the salesperson and spoke with the financing office. They stated it would be resolved in a few days. But NO—here we are SEVEN WEEKS into purchasing our car/trading in, and still no resolution. I spoke with the Finance Manager, Kylie Clark, who stated it would be resolved "quickly," but, you guessed it—NOPE!!!! Now I have TWO car payments but only own one!! This is "people first" service!?!?! I don't think so! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

This was first time buying from an actual dealership, I can honestly say that Adam is amazing at what he does. Real down to earth guy with great customer service. I'd avoid this dealership at all costs. They were not completely honest or forthright about the vehicle I purchased from them. Found the truck on line.... way into the deal only then did They were not completely honest or forthright about the vehicle I purchased from them. Found the truck on line.... way into the deal only then did they disclose, and after we asked about mileage were we told that this was a loaner vehicle with 600+ miles on it. We flew in from out of town to complete the transaction. With minor snags things went well and we left confident that we had done everything correctly. We had submitted our loan approval paperwork to the dealership for them to complete and send back to the lending bank. When it came time for my automatic payment to be made, I discovered that there was no loan and that the loan offer had expired because Bill Utter Ford failed to submit the loan paperwork to the lending bank. To show how on top of things that this dealership - is not - When I called them on a three-way with my bank they were not even aware that they were almost $30,000 short because the loan was not consummated nor the funds transferred. No telling how long this would have gone on if I had not initiated an inquiry. Further, because the loan had expired, I would have had to apply for a new loan at possibly a different(higher interest rate). We elected to do the right thing and pay them with a wire transfer. An additional rub with Bill Utter Ford is that they are horrible at communication. Their transparence is Also exceedingly poor. I have attempted to communicate with them and this only results impartial or what I feel is indifferent, irresponsible and unresponsiveness. They never follow up.......... As far as their propaganda on their phone recording goes, I do not see any commitment to the customer, Period!! This is still not resolved. I have no new clear title contract or any idea when I will get plates and inspection sticker from this lethargic dealership. More
