This has been the best car buying experience I have had. I had been through several competitors before I received the respect and information I needed to make a decision and get the deal done. Kaleb contacted me right out of the shoot and once I told him what I needed and what 5 Star was offering. He had no problem beating that price and that's even with the warranty and Ford custom mats. There was no attempted scam with F&I and they even worked with my schedule. The agents at 5Star should take notes from this young man on how to treat customers and get the job done without making it feel like a scam. Kaleb even picked me up so I could close out the sale as my wife was unavailable; now that's service. I am still extremely disappointed at the treatment I received at Grapevine Ford and 5Star but Bill Utter, through Kaleb, more than made up for it and my wife is overjoyed with her new Explorer. Kaleb is the reason Ford didn't lose a customer to Chevy as I was about fed up with the game. I know everyone needs to sell to make a buck but somewhere they lost the customer care aspect of the deal. We are buyers who do our research and when dealerships run afoul of basic decency it's an insult to my intelligence as a human being. But not with Bill Utter and Kaleb. I even got the extra skeleton discount! Bill Utter and Kaleb have earned my business in the future with this deal and I intend to follow through. This Explorer was an anniversary gift for my wife but the only problem is now the 2020 Escape I'm still driving needs to be upgraded, lol. I AM STILL PAYING FOR A CAR I TRADED IN- SEVEN WEEKS AGO! !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1/25. I traded in a car towards the purchase. On 3/15, I informed them that the car I traded in wa !!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1/25. I traded in a car towards the purchase. On 3/15, I informed them that the car I traded in was still on my account. They stated it would definitely be removed by April. Early April rolls around—NOPE! The car I traded in is still listed on my account. I called the salesperson and spoke with the financing office. They stated it would be resolved in a few days. But NO—here we are SEVEN WEEKS into purchasing our car/trading in, and still no resolution. I spoke with the Finance Manager, Kylie Clark, who stated it would be resolved "quickly," but, you guessed it—NOPE!!!! Now I have TWO car payments but only own one!! This is "people first" service!?!?! I don't think so! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
