Even my fiance made the comment that it didn't feel like buying a car because it was so easy and f I had such a great experience at Russ Darrow Mazda! Even my fiance made the comment that it didn't feel like buying a car because it was so easy and fun. I had my eye on the new Mazda3 hatcback and Russ Darrow went out of their way to help me find the exact car I wanted and right within my price point. I absolutely love my new Mazda and can't thank Kyle and everyone at Russ Darrow enough for helping me (and on a tight timeline as I was leaving town). Kyle explained all of the features and helped me buy my new car with the features and protections I wanted for the right price; he kept me in the loop every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. I am definitely sending all my friends in the market for new cars over to Russ Darrow Mazda! More

Salesman failed to do homework on new model I liked the appearance of the dealership and they had a slightly laid-back attitude. The selection of cars was solid. My complaint comes from the salesman assigned to me who had not done any homework on the redesigned Mazda 3. He kept making excuses that it was brand new. I guarantee Mazda sent training materials ahead of the actual car. Just seems lazy to me. More
