I came in to trade in a Mazda 2023 CX-9 for a new vechile. I told Kyle what I didn't like about the CX-9 and he assisted me in choosing a different vechile that would fit my needs better. Our appointment was for 6:00. There was one of the finance guys that was got sick that day so we waited our turn. Staff was sorry and very appologetic regarding.
