After a year of contemplating whether or not to buy the truck I decided to move forward. Given the high price tag on diesel trucks these days I decided I didn't want to settle in regards to options. I was unable to locate one on ANY lot that was built exactly as I wanted it. Kyle and his team allowed me to do a custom build and provided a price that NO ONE could come close to. I placed the order in early April and it was delivered about two weeks ago. The financing department, David and Miguel specifically, was able to beat my credit union rate by almost a full point!!!!! Chase in the customization department was very attentive and took care of my upgrades. Stephanie in Finance tied up the loose ends. Bryce walked me through the delivery and even brought out a diesel tech to go over my specific questions. No joke, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I could not have been happier with the process from start to finish, low (NO) pressure sales approach and just an awesome experience all around. For the record, I travelled from El Paso to Vernon to make this deal happen. More
