Had some serious hiccups with Miguel in finance with lack of professionalism and being very rude and disrespectful On multiple occasions. Bryan made sure to have another finance person work with me and might I say a world of difference Martin was as awesome as Bryan. The GM Dan caught me as I was leaving asking how my experience was. I let him know that everything was positive and that I was happy other then my couple of issues with Miguel. Dan was very receptive to my concerns and thanked me for the honest feedback and provided me his contact information should I need anything else. Each person apologized for Miguel’s actions other than himself. I understand why each person did but it wasn’t their apology to give. Bryan salesman, Chase Accessories Manager, Martin in Finance, Dan GM thank you for your assistance, guidance, and professionalism I am very appreciative. Oh and also Kyle in sales he gave me some pointers on upgrades and suggestions that really helped as well. More

A simple search and call to Jewelyn Rodriguez to settle on a price was all it took! If you have ever shopped for a vehicle you know how difficult it can be. This place is a no BS needed dealership. What I didn’t know is their staff works on a salary so each sale isn’t filled with greedy commission techniques. They worked with me to get all the discounts available to me and had the paperwork ready for me to sign when I arrived three days after putting a hold on the truck. I will definitely be using them again for my wife’s vehicle in a few years from now! More
