Bad Service; Service sales representative lacked the ability to communicate effectively. Only concerned with add-on sales. The service sales person was pushie and inattentive when I spoke about anything ability to communicate effectively. Only concerned with add-on sales. The service sales person was pushie and inattentive when I spoke about anything, including my name. I said no to a particular service but still got charged for it. When I pointed it out through what was exactly said, he snapped at me. It was everything you would expect from a used car dealer without a touch of charisma. I will never return to this place as I have had issues with Mentor Kia prior to this. More

They have always treated me well. Their service garage took very good care of my last car even though I had bought it somewhere else. It was that reason I purchased my new Soul from them. I just wish KIA produced a non-plug-in hybrid in a Soul. I would have snapped that up in a heartbeat! Their service department is the greatest!
